Do you have an online store?

No. We like to talk to our customers face-to-face. We believe that colours need to be seen and textures need to be touched.
If you can't get to one of our stores, and need a particular fabric, send us a sample and we'll see what we can do.

What is your refund policy?

Unless the fabric is faulty, once it is cut, we do not refund or exchange if you simply change your mind.

I bought a fabric from your store and need some more. Do you have any left?

Maybe. We need to see a sample to match the colour and fabric.

If it's in store, then yes.

If we've sold out in one store, we can send the sample across our store network to see if there is a better match. This process usually takes 1-2 days.

If this fails, we can re-order the fabric if our suppliers still have stock, but can't guarantee that the colour will match exactly. This process usually takes about a week.

Do each of your stores carry the same fabric?

For the most part, our stores carry the same stock. However, each of our stores carry some different patterns and colours that the other stores may not.

Do you do mail orders?

Yes. Contact one of our stores so that we can grab your details and we'll go from there. You will need a credit card.
